Works closely with Branch Manager to develop sales and service strategies to meet branch annual goals. Assists where needed in both the operational and sales processes. Assists Branch Manager in hiring and developing new employees.

Referred qualified clients to Merchant, Payroll and Investment partners. Assisted the teller line in processing transactions when needed. Provided quality customer service and meaningful relationships with clients.
