Here are some club activities that I partake or become a member of during UCI:
_ VSA (Vietnamese Student Association): The purpose of the club is to promote Vietnamese culture through cultural activities such as hosting Tet festival, pageant contest, etc. such that more people would know about the Vietnamese culture while having fun celebrating them.
_ PACT UCI (Physician Assistants Coming Together at UC Irvine): The club serves as a perfect environment for students with interests in healthcare career to come together for info sessions presented by medical professionals. The club also helps students to get into contact and make meaningful connections with others as well as graduates for future support.
_ OC Animal Care: This place offers volunteering opportunity that allows me to practice using interpersonal communication skills to convey information to other volunteers in assisting road-side pickup and organizing pet food, toys, clothes, etc., for easy access. It also lets me represent the organization positively and professionally while providing community with much-needed services.
Recently, I have been getting into badminton and pickle ball as a form of exercise and stress relief Eventhough I might not be professional at them, I still have a lot of fun with my friends On my down time, I do enjoy binging manga or Netflix movies and shows and if I want to do something a little bit more active, I will go to the gym And lastly, whenever I have the chance, I would record gaming videos/streaming with my oversea friends and then upload it onto his Youtube channel We have been doing this ever since I was in high school and this has sort of become our routine
