- As a Ground handling agent I have work experience in Baggage department and my duties and responsibilities are: Makeup Flights (Arrange ULD’s, Print tags, Assign Flights, Transfer baggage or ULD on time for departure by using SOP’s)
- To handle the transfer Baggage (inbounds)
- To handle joining baggage
- To check flights or baggage in Amadeus Altea
- Reconciliation of baggage, Check safety and Security measures
- Operating conveyor belt for loading and offloading baggage day to day
- Loading baggage in ULD’s by QBS (Quantum Baggage Solution) according to depart flight
- To scan the arrival baggage by QBS according to standard operating procedures
- To clear all flights on time with care, follow proper precautions
- To identify unauthorized and handle with SOPs

- Segregation of baggage, local and international baggage
- Working in arrival area (terminating) offload properly baggage and scan for best service to passengers
