- Conducting physic-chemical analyses of food quality and safety according to methodologies approved by the State Standard and the Food Codex.
- Implementation of the Quality Management Manual ISO: 17025 - 2017.
- Preparation of reagent monitoring sheets, monitoring of measuring devices, temperature monitoring, workplace disinfection, etc..
- Preparation of monthly and annual information on the usage of reagents.
- Conducting analyses with precision and accuracy within the specified timeframe.
- Completing test report results and relevant documentation, both manual and electronic records.
- Internal calibration of equipment, using them according to the relevant user manuals, and maintaining the equipment.
