The dynamic of being a server/manger at Plaza Mexican Grill, has taught me a wide range of valuable skills. I’ve developed strong customer service and communication abilities by interacting with all kinds of people and ensuring they have a positive dining experience. In a fast-paced environment, I’ve learned to manage my time effectively, multitask, and think quickly to solve problems as they come up. I work well with others, coordinating with the kitchen and supporting my team to keep everything running smoothly. I pay close attention to detail, whether it’s taking accurate orders or handling payments. Most importantly, I’ve learned to stay calm, patient, and professional under pressure.
