  • Assessed the needs of the Branch in order to determine short- and long-term goals and objectives and set annual and multi-year plans to improve productivity, streamlined processes, and reduced time-to-hire metrics
  • Served as a principal advisor to the highest level of management with SI on all recruitment, sourcing, and other related placement activities to include classification and position management as it related to placement activities

I served as the principal advisor to the Under Secretary for Finance and Administration, and other management officials on human resources management, and participated in and contributed to management decisions that affected both Federal civil service and Smithsonian Trust employees
