I am a self motivated Leader for Food Lion. I have held various roles inside and outside the store starting in the bagging role and moving my way up to the Store Manager role that I have currently been in for 19 years. During this time I also held a Southern Divisional Lead role I also previously held a Produce Training Specialist role for the Charleston North and South Districts. I am motivated by coaching my associates on how to best serve our customers in the community that we serve. I have managed stores of various volumes and in different communities that we operate in from a beach store to high volume country store and mid volume stores. I believe in serving my community thru holding our company standards along with helping our associates follow standard practices and policies.
