- Multiple roles in various capacities before and during active addiction. Developed hands-on skills in customer service, installation, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Contributed to family-run operations until they both were sold due to personal circumstances. I was brought up in this field, not by choice, but I made the best of it, and I hold onto the skills that I learned in the process.
