Oversee and support all the employees in the hvac department to make sure they have all the means necessary to keep the buildings running to a level of comfort and efficiency to maintain a good learning environment for the staff and students.

Monitor the health on all of Klein's heating, cooling and ventilation systems.

Coordinate and order parts and equipment for the hvac and refrigeration systems to keep down time to a minimum while being budget conscious.

inspect,repair and recertify pressure test on vessel's

various cutting and welding repairs

make ready all hopper and tank cars for leaving the inspection department
