Wrap utensils in napkins for the restaurant

Ensure all areas are clean inside and out

Ensure wines are ready for daily tasting

Maintain washroom cleanliness and properly stocked

Ensure additional sales items are clean, stocked and properly displayed

Greet customers in a friendly manner

Introduce daily wines for tasting

Inform customers about the winery and restaurant

Introduce and explain addition sale items

Discuss wine club and the benefits of the club

Complete sales transaction for wines and additional sales items

Stock wine and additional sale items as required

Support restaurant staff when required

Recommend wines and food pairing
