Responsible for securing and protecting warehouse plus property grounds at Invidia.

Daily duties included checking truck drivers in and out of facility. Walking the property grounds hourly while using a placement scanner. Checking personal bags of employees going in and out of building. Watching cameras on CCTV system.

• Duties included delivery of treadmills and Peloton bikes. Organization of warehouse. Testing treadmills and building bikes in warehouse. Customer service and problem solving on a daily basis.

• Towing cars. Helping customers with lock-outs, battery problems, and other vehicle issues. Processing paperwork for serviced cars.

• Inventory control and material management. Managed all aspects of materials throughout the warehouse. This included cycle counts, FIFO, pulling orders for inventory fulfillment, data entry. Forklift operator, cycle counts.

• Responsible for supervising all aspects of the shelter. Duties included monitoring of clients behavior and activities. Keeping the peace between clients and daily encouragement to strive forward. Locking up facility and monitoring of daily chores. Stock and receive in warehouse. Driver of a Bobtail truck. Picking up and delivery donations.

• Responsible for supervising all aspects of the shipping department. Duties included reporting directly to the manager of production, generating and maintaining appropriate documentation for shipments, track shipments status, data entry into Procom, booking shipments for inbound and outbound freight, including the entry and maintenance of purchase orders, organizing and maintaining stock and inventory, coordinating and driving daily deliveries to customers, serving as a responsible back up to the manager of production during scheduled absences.
