Top Dogg is my Sole proprietor ran food business, consisting of two licensed units. Two different mobile units that I manage. I cover all food related positions, also I cover full managing control of operation.

I operated the omelette station, and managed the all you can eat buffet. I also doubled as a morning breakfast/ lunch line cook.
