• Provide support to Child welfare team, and shelter providers to help incorporate practices which best ensure youth placed in out of home care are receiving support they deserve, and that safety and well being are being met.

Participate in Multi disciplinary team meetings for youth that are placed in out of home care with the understanding that our youth in foster care are best supported through a continuum of care that provides ongoing services from entry to exit using the most appropriate and least restrictive placements.
