- In the early years as a counselor, I worked with students directly to develop social and emotional skills, goal setting, academic success plans, and career planning. In 2005 I assumed the position as Lead Counselor for the district. In this role I assisted with a computer conversion and the rebuilding of our data bases. I am responsible for creation of the master schedule, state testing, hiring of personnel, and management of the College Credit Plus program. I routinely pull data to analyze and implement changes in the school curriculum.
- In addition to Progressbook, I am skilled in both Microsoft and Google. I have the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.

- I accepted this position upon my graduation from college. In this position I was able to grow the Spanish enrollment from 24 to well over 200 students and oversaw the addition of additional staff. I took pride in my ability to develop interactive and “hands on” lessons to engage students in active learning. In addition, I was able to provide my students with numerous enrichment opportunities in both Europe and Latin America.
