Work alongside with mortgage loan officers, processors and underwriters to validate pertinent mortgage documentation. Ensure accuracy with title documents, appraisals, credit reports, insurance policies, and all other documentation required for a clear to close.

Prepare pre-closing package and collaborate CD to ensure a compliance and accurate file. Communicate with LO, and title company to ensure a smooth closing process. Prepare final closing package and wire Follow up with title company tp ensure closing was complete and successful.

Provide clients with expert advice on trust and estate matters, creating and overseeing trusts under the terms of the governing trust documents.

Inspecting loan documents and following banking guidelines to ensure security while gathering customer data, checking the required documents with a checklist. Then certifying the documents/files and sending back to the vault.
