I have worked side by side with my manager to move the clinic to a new location and establish new workflows for proficiency and patient centered care. I have been a consistent feature of the clinic as new providers have come on board and a new manager took over. I am responsible for the providers’ schedules and until we hired more personnel, I was the sole employee providing all front office and back-office functionality in the clinic setting, from managing inventories to patient communications. I embrace change and enjoy new challenges. I have been a hands-on instructor/mentor and ambassador for change. In charge of ensuring that the employees’ time off requests and disability needs are covered. Head trainer for Bax Global/ Schenker for all new employees, this included development of procedures, developed a training program to ensure that all new employees were provided with all pertinent information needed to be able to function on an Intel campus with strong emphasis on safety and Intellectual property security, heavily involved with the hiring process. I was also responsible for inventory control and quality assurance. Ran and presented reports to Intel on various maintenance and training stats.
