  • I have worked side by side with my manager to move the clinic to a new location and establish new workflows for proficiency and patient centered care. I have been a consistent feature of the clinic as new providers have come on board and a new manager took over. I am responsible for the providers’ schedules and until we hired more personnel, I was the sole employee providing all front office and back-office functionality in the clinic setting, from managing inventories to patient communications. I embrace change and enjoy new challenges. I have been a hands-on instructor/mentor and ambassador for change. I work daily to find ways to improve our processes and use the EPIC program to its utmost ability.

  • I was working at the IHI department as a Lead CMA. My responsibility includes developing MA workflows and procedures to include rooming process, scanning documents into the Onbase program, ensuring that the documents are cataloged properly for the document to be placed in the appropriate location in Epic and proper communicating documents to the providers. Use effective communication with patients, providers and led several mandatory MA meetings to review processes and discuss potential improvement proposals. I was an EPIC superuser, keeping all clinical personnel appraised of upcoming changes and how it will impact their workflows. Updated workflows to match the new improved processes.

  • This position was working with Intel on five Intel Campuses (all of Intel Oregon). Supervised 30 direct reports for Bax Global/Schenker Logistics in the Stores/ warehouse/mail & distribution/ shipping and receiving departments. My duties are to administrate the proper procedures for warehouse personnel, handle all personnel issues, handle all Intel communications in regards of daily parts needs and any changes to processes or procedures, helped clarify job scope for Bax/ Schenker to perform, development of procedures and maintenance of all warehouse processes and procedures. In charge of ensuring that the employees’ time off requests and disability needs are covered. Head trainer for Bax Global/ Schenker for all new employees, this included development of procedures, developed a training program to ensure that all new employees were provided with all pertinent information needed to be able to function on an Intel campus with strong emphasis on safety and Intellectual property security, heavily involved with the hiring process. I was also responsible for inventory control and quality assurance. Ran and presented reports to Intel on various maintenance and training stats.
