  • Collaborated with multiple departments to refurbish an old piece of filtration equipment during a customer crisis.

  • Collaborated with teams in Sandusky to aggressively identify and resolve problems on the production floor. Recorded data from these activities and assigned priority for closure.
  • Led complex Customer Care projects to redesign/retrofit old unsupported JBT equipment with new, affordable and serviceable parts.
  • Helped our Sourcing team meet their goals by assisting with the resourcing of dozens of parts and assemblies. Worked with representatives of domestic companies as well as those in BCCs to deliver on these obligations. Examples include ProMix Frames, Oil Supply Tanks and Fryer Jack Posts.
  • Led project to implement a quality conformance process for high cost fryer radiators that were regularly being received out of spec. This project greatly reduced re-work and associated cost.
  • Conducted research to identify long lead time/high use items in response to uncertain market conditions. Using this data safety stock numbers were modified and a PO was launched to bring in over $100k in inventory.
  • Led an emergency redesign of an old piece of hydraulic equipment to maintain profitability and manufacturability due to a major supply chain disturbance. Savings were ~$14k per machine.
  • Provided timely and reliable support to our Customer Care team through the Salesforce system.

  • Worked closely with our R&D team to execute a new S.I.P. (Structural Insulated Panel) enclosure design. Successfully implemented new design on large dual GCM7 build.
  • Designed and released products using Creo Parametric, Autocad, Inventor, Movex and Syteline.
  • Wrote a standard operating procedure with hyperlinked work instructions to help new and existing engineers process order work more effectively.
