Wesley Cragun

I help sort freight in the sort campus at DHL's Cincinnati airhub. This normally includes helping to load freight into large containers called unit load devices before sending said containers outside to be taken to the aircraft. I help sort, scan and mark the freight, while my partner uses his forklift to load it into the old. I also handle small packages called coy freight as well as small NCY (non-conveyable freight). I also help unload and sort inbound freight that comes into the building from the aircrafts and trucks.

Processing returns, opening boxes and inspecting returned items for damage, determining if items were resealable or not, making boxes, palletizing boxes, scanning and sorting returns, picking orders, counting inventory

• Uploading and downloading freight containers (ULDs) to and from aircraft, marshalling (guiding) drivers of heavy machinery such as tugs, k-loaders and belt loaders, personally operating tug, belt loader and scissor lift, pushing and pulling unit load devices on aircraft and on caster decks
