While starting in IT in High School and a few years after I transitioned to management positions in manufacturing and industrial companies for better financial opportunity in the local area for family reasons(I had Kids). I found that I had a excellent skill in process efficiency and implementation while in these fields. I am currently studying RMF and cybersecurity in a program through the University of Kentucky and plan on furthering my education once completed to transition back into the IT sector because I have more passion in the field. In every job I have held I've found enjoyment in learning whether it be how things work mechanically or technologically or new skills in general I am always trying to learn every facet of the job or company I am in to better know the processes around me as a whole. In a another sense seeing the full picture of the job or company itself. This helps in prioritizing work procedures and processes. All of the companies and businesses I have worked for I have moved into higher positions with a strong work ethic.
#1 All around skill: Process Efficiency
