  • In this position, I manage and lead a team of 8 employees. That includes dispatching of above mentioned team to fulfill orders for customers. One of the main roles in this position is control the budget and review Profit and Loss reports each month for the Cedar City Branch. Recently, I eliminated non productive morning meeting which brought down overtime costs. I work closely with my employees, other leaders, and sales teams to ensure that we are working efficiently as possible. This job has come with standards, deadlines, and expectations that I have been able to keep and uphold. Hiring and firing were also apart of this role. Along with these responsibilities, I have been able to perform inside sales to customers and also ensure the office and warehouse are fun enjoyable workplace environments.

Inventory and Replenish Specialist

  • Working in this role, my main responsibilities are to order, count, and manage the inventory for the Cedar City, Washington, Salina, and Richfield warehouses. This is roughly $2.5 million dollars worth of inventory. Along with those roles, I also helped with management of the Cedar warehouse. This has taught me to be reliable with deadlines, organize and keep track of prices and products, and have close relationships with suppliers and representatives. I also work along with warehouse/branch managers on counting inventory, working on discrepancies, and fixing problems that encompass. When I have worked with salesman and customers, they have relied on me to provide them with the product and service to best meet their needs.

  • My responsibilities included stocking and organizing the warehouse, making on time deliveries, and packaging products for the warehouse and transfers. These duties taught me the value of hard work. Along with that, I also learned integrity and organization through following process that had been established for me. My time in this role allowed me to feel proud of my work and to always put in my best effort on everything that I do.

Community Service

  • I served a full two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. While there, I assisted with president of the mission in a high leadership position that included overseeing the mission, coordinating where missionaries are located, and training all missionaries.
  • I recently have been apart of the Sportsman for Fish and Wildlife board in Cedar City. That has given me the opportunity to help with banquet that is held each year in Cedar City. Also, a pheasant hunt was held where I was able to help youth, some for the very first time, experience hunting and conservation.
  • Expounding upon my time as the LDSSA president at SUU, I conducting meetings when asked upon for ranking officials in the Latter-Day Saint Church. I was also given the opportunity to work with and build relationships with other members of different faiths among the Cedar City community. One of my main responsibilities was leading a team to plan and coordinating events and parties for the students of the college.
