
Since beginning my career as a Client Advisor in 2017, I have progressed through finance, sales management, and now serve as General Sales Manager. This experience has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of dealership operations across sales, finance, and customer experience. In my current role, I lead the sales department while consistently achieving more than 95% of monthly objectives and contributing to year-over-year growth in vehicle sales.
Beyond sales performance, I have focused on operational initiatives that improve both customer satisfaction and dealership efficiency. These include implementing a new vehicle loaner fleet to support service operations and launching a courtesy pickup and delivery program designed to enhance the ownership experience for our customers.
I believe the next phase of growth for BMW of New London will come from continued focus on team development, operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional ownership experience that reflects the BMW brand. My leadership style centers on accountability, collaboration, and building high-performing teams that consistently deliver results.
