  Created and manage an annual community project where children write letters to Santa and receive personalized responses. Led a volunteer team of writers, coordinated operations, and ensured over 2,000 letters were individually answered, promoting literacy, community engagement, and holiday spirit.
• Lead Organizer, Marshall Fire Victim Fundraiser and Holiday Event – Colorado (2022)
  Founded and organized a large community relief effort for victims of the Marshall Fire. Mobilized volunteers to collect thousands of dollars in toy and gift card donations. Coordinated gift-wrapping events and hosted a community distribution event featuring arts and crafts activities, face painting, and visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus to support affected families.
