I'm a personable, team player who just moved to Colorado Springs a few months ago. I worked for a year as a barback and drink expo for a brewery in my college town in Indiana, and absolutely loved it! My primary roles as a barback were keeping ice full, glasses washed and stocked, taking dishes to the kitchen to be washed, bussing tables, etc. As a drink expo, I worked more closely with the bartender by pouring every beer that the servers needed. This required familiarizing myself with 60 rotating taps in order to handle periods of heavy traffic flow and pour the correct beer, in the correct glass, as quickly as possible. I also have knowledge of how to change and replace kegs, as well as extensive beer knowledge.
