My days are usually spent hands on- doing underground slabs- hanging meter panels(tugs) walking houses, checking for correct installs per prints along with options. Receiving phone calls from builders who have issues and handling those issues either myself or delegating if I’m not on site.. also dealing with warranty calls troubleshooting if crews can’t figure out the issues. Scheduling inspections and walking with inspectors..making sure materials are ordered for crews.. also obtaining PO’s from builders if changes are necessary..

• I wore many hats with this company- I started as an installer doing roughs and trims on track homes. My work was good enough to earn a promotion to custom homes doing roughs and trims. Later moved into a service tech role where I’d meet with homeowners/ and commercial customers to fix issues in there homes/buisnesses - ranging from troubleshooting tripping breakers to outlets/ lights not working to smoke detectors chirping.. also did upgrades bringing customers ideas to reality. Later moved into a supervisor role overseeing custom homes maintaining a hands on approach

After completing my 4 years of FEAT training I took and passed my journeyman’s exam in 2006. In 2016 I regret not renewing my license. In the previous 10 years I never took my card out once. Wanted to save $$$. I will go back and retest
