  • Led cross functional project team 10+ in definition and development of a new product for use in multiple unique markets with a wide array of user groups & clinical variation
  • Led & coordinated 10+ Voice of Customer events spanning 10+ different locations and gathering feedback across 100+ individual customer touchpoints within the span of 1 year.
  • Coordinated with cross divisional counterparts within Stryker to ensure that integration & product solutions were safe, effective & well received by customers.
  • Core member of team responsible for developing & launching the award-winning product Bone Mill+ acting as a design engineer from exiting research through launch in December 2022 (2023)
  • Designed and refined Bone Mill+ product to align branding, quality & durability expectations of Stryker’s brand based on internal and external customer feedback ensuring brand quality to the customer from point of purchase and through the life of the product.
  • Led international team in the development and customer validation of the Bone Mill+ Sterilization Tray offerings.
  • Built, tested & validated designs to adhere to both global regulatory standards and internal test specifications. Products designed to adhere to UL, ASME, ISO, FCC, IEC, ROhS, REACH & EU MDR

  • Collecting Voice of Customer and testing Minimum viable products led to the product design pivot of using of dispenser on dietary supplements rather than the highly regulated market of prescription drugs.
  • As a student, development team won class wide product development competition and gained sponsorship from alumni funded small business incubator
  • Received awards at small business/start-up competition, The Hatching, resulting in continued funding and sponsorship with small business facility off campus.
