I completed thirty years of service with Verizon Federal Systems in Washington, DC, as large systems projects/programs manager, and nine years with Black Box Network Services as Operations Manager in Louisiana. With Verizon and Black Box I have participated in managing the design and implementation for major telecommunications projects for Federal and State Governments in support of large scale telecommunications contracts, inside /outside plant and switching systems integration. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and Western Europe with Verizon and Black Box for systems implementation.
