Specimen Collection and Processing:

• Collect, label, and prepare biological specimens (blood, urine, swabs, etc.) for testing in compliance with laboratory protocols.
• Receive and check specimens to ensure they are properly labeled and meet quality standards for testing, and Accurately enter specimen data into the laboratory information management system (Copia).

Handling and Storage:

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of specimens, following safety and biohazard protocols.
• Monitor and maintain specimen integrity by adhering to temperature and time-sensitive guidelines.
• Ensure all materials are safely stored and meet compliance standards for the healthcare industry.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

• Input test orders and specimen information accurately into laboratory databases and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation of processed specimens, including any issues encountered during processing.

Compliance and Quality Control:

• Follow all laboratory safety guidelines, including OSHA standards and HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in routine quality control checks and audits to ensure laboratory standards are met.
• Assist with the preparation of specimens for proficiency testing and other quality assessment programs.

Membership Sales:

• Actively engage with potential members to promote gym memberships and fitness programs.
• Conduct tours of the gym facility, highlighting key features, services, and equipment to prospective members.
• Explain membership options, pricing, and special promotions to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads generated from online inquiries, phone calls, or walk-ins.
• Oversee membership services, including new memberships, renewals, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
• Ensure all membership sales and cancellations are handled professionally and accurately.

Customer Experience:

• Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and ensure member satisfaction.
• Address and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that all customer interactions (in-person, phone, email, etc.) are handled according to LA Fitness standards.

Facility and Equipment Maintenance

• Overseeing the functionality and condition of exercise equipment. This includes scheduling regular maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
• e: Ensuring the gym facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This involves regular inspections, coordinating repairs, and addressing any issues promptly

• Student Support: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to residents by serving as a resource for academic, personal, and social issues
• This may involve referring residents to appropriate campus resources or providing direct assistance as needed
• Safety and Security: Promote safety and security within the residential community by conducting regular safety inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and educating residents about emergency procedures and campus resources.
• On-Call Responsibilities: Be available for on-call duty during designated periods to respond to emergencies, policy violations, or other issues that may arise outside of regular business hours.
• Policy Enforcement: Enforce university policies and residential hall regulations to maintain a safe, respectful, and harmonious living environment
• This may involve addressing policy violations, documenting incidents, and collaborating with campus authorities as needed.
