William Damato

My name is William Damato. I was born in Oakland, Ca and spent most of my childhood in the Pinole / Richmond community. I graduated from Pinole Valley High in 2001. While in school, I played baseball and football while also taking advanced placement classes which taught me how to balance a hectic schedule. After graduation, I attended Contra Costa College and Berkeley City College for a few years and hope to one day be able to return to get my degree. I am a highly motivated family man who will do whatever it takes to get something done. I am an out of the box thinker who, if I don't know the answer to something, will say so but also go out and find that answer. I work well in a team setting but can also thrive in an Individual setting as well. Reliable team member with strong communication skills ande ability to adjust work for various environments. Handles modifications, requests and feedback from colleagues, clients and vendors in efficient manner, understanding needs of all parties involved. Flexible in adapting work style to fit different projects and juggling multiple assignments within tight deadlines.
