  • As the manager at this location, ensure quality product while going above and beyond to maintain Health Code compliance. This location has maintained a minimum 95 health score at ALL TIMES for at least 12 years straight.
  • Responsible for daily Bar and Grill operations, beginning with extensive opening duties at 830 am.
  • Starting at 830 am, responsible for receiving deliveries, checking deliveries and signing for up to 6 delivery trucks and up to 300 cases ($7,000) each truck.
  • Responsible for comprehensive kitchen and bar management tasks and duties for shifts in excess of $12,000 on our busiest gameday shifts (about 15 shifts per year are this busy) in cooperation with Senior Bar Management.
