* planning of all holiday events surrounding Christmas trees and Halloween

*finding ways to reduce shrinkage, theft and reducing the cost of day to day operations

* coordination with Bexar county agent to insure we always had in stock his recommendations and work through philanthropy to ensure we participated in the children's garden and all master gardening classes

coordination of two stores for advertisements, purchases sales and employees. combined sales of $7m
