I began work for Michelin in August of 1990, first job was Level 5 Cleaner in ZA at the US 2 Facility. After approximately seven months I was given the opportunity to work in CPR RCD Department as a 67 Machine Operator. Twenty-one months later, I returned to ZED as a Line 1 Operator and spent the next 10 years between Line 1 and Line 4 in the same capacity. I was allowed to train in all facets of the ZB process, mixer, mill and EOL operator. In the summer of 2002, I began a new career in EP as as an security officer where I was able to develop skills as fire fighter, EMT and leader for the MET Team. I left US 2 to help with the start up at US 10 in July 2013 continuing my career as an Asset Protection Officer. After US 10 slow down at US 10 and the eventual shuttering of the activity, I began working at HNA as the Asset Protection Manager for North America for Non-Industrial Sites being responsible for 110+ locations throughout the US , Canada and Mexico. In March of 2018, I returned to US 10 as the Safety Specialist, responsible for the safety and environmental domains, as well as ergonomics, industrial hygiene, while assisting the US 8/10 Asset Protection with site security.
