  • Worked with L6 manager Brandon Maits to make changes to meet metrics.

  • The team is now consistently achieving early reset goals and meeting and exceeding volume goals.
  • Volume processed goals went from 900-2000 range to now achieving 4000-9000 range. With a lower HC than was previously used.
  • Next we will be working to train some ambassadors to help run sort as line leads, and dock leads. So that when HC needs are determined and hiring begins we can establish a strong team.
  • Helped train other managers & SA’s for different facilities while on RTS
  • Helped to jump start an RTS pre-charge at DEW4 with Natalie Hoffman & Mike Harrell. Successfully ran this for a few months on FHR RTS. Promoted both of them to approach me and ask me if I’d like to work towards becoming an L4 and move to another shift that needed help in the building
