I then worked for SBC Global (formerly Pacific Bell) as a Tier II and Tier III Technical Support Representative, Lead, and SME (subject matter expert) in San Ramon California where I was asked to be a Technical Trainer traveling the world to provide Best in Class Training to our employees. I also provided Train the Trainer Classes to bring existing Instructors up to speed on new products and services to provide Best in Class service to our customers worldwide.
