  • Conduct and supervise all mechanical, ordnance, pneumatic, operations from start to finish in the integration process of flight vehicles.
  • Revise drawings and procedures to enhance and simplify the integration process to include booster integration, pneumatic pressurization, ordnance ops, TPS closeouts, payload mates, payload a/c and final arming.
  • Experience in 40+ launch campaigns to date.
  • Have filled the Master Tech role in Utah field site for 3 years training new technicians and leading the efforts for Sentinel GTM vehicle, static fire for stage 1, 2, & 3. Prepared Stage 1 and Stage 2 boosters for 2 each static fire tests.
  • Lend Lead Master Mechanical Technician support to new Tech's and Engineers to learn the process of processing rocket motors, bonding operations, ordnance handling, pneumatic pressure operations and overall integration practices.
  • Involved in every aspect of the Sentinel program, to include modal testing, separation testing for both interstages, receiving and integrating live and inert boosters.
