My role in the company was to coordinate the project and help others install conduit wire and to terminate wiring in all aspects of the job.

I was also in charge of the safety rules on the project.

I would do all the layout for the project and get materials ordered for the project.

I would stay in contact with the customer on any changes in the project.

I was a working Supervisor on all the projects that where handed to me.

I helped others learn the trade.

I was involved in electrical for steam tunnel electrical installed for Iowa University.

I coordinated project like lift station,waste water plants and water plants. We also worked on installing new electrical service distributions.

Excavated trenching for underground conduit needed for project.

Helped others to pick up the trade and enjoy doing it.

We just moved from San Diego and this was my first job in Iowa. I did residential and some commercial work for this company. The only thing they did in commercial work was a Pizza Ranch in Iowa City. I was in charge of the project.

With Paul's Electric I worked on new commercial unit and remodeled units. I was in charge of projects like 23 hr patient facilities that emergency generator back up. I coordinated (4) of these facilities.

I worked on projects like installing Musco lighting for Baseball parks and Soccer fields.

I was in charge of running a 150 square for remodel project that had 50 electrician's.

This company was very challenging.

The kind of work this company did was service station petroleum. We removed the underground storage tanks and replace them with new underground storage tanks. We install all underground electrical conduit and wiring to gas pumps. We also did all electrical for the C-store on the property. I was involved in installing all the piping for the fuel pumps.

B & P Maintenance & Construction Inc.

This company was my father's business.

He was in the service station petroleum business. I started working with my father in 1982. This is where I started getting my construction experience. We had friends that did all are electrical installation. It was in 1986 when I took a interest in electrical. I started doing some of the work with are friends that did are electrical work.
