  • Provided deliveries for any customer requesting Delivery Service. Accurately retrieved and packaged materials on pallets and built lumber packs for delivery, utilizing a flatbed Tractor Trailer combination unit with attached forklift.   • Responsible for coordinating deliveries with our contracted delivery services. Worked closely with store associates to schedule and provide services to the customers. Addressed and resolved customer issues.
  • Responsible for leading a team of Pro Sales Associates to provide service, sales and support to Professional Contractors or Business Owners in addition to the DIY customers, who typically had larger scale projects. Led, trained and coached Pro Sales Associates to ensure customers received excellent service and could easily find the merchandise they needed.
