  • I was hired by the company to spearhead the new company growth plans for the brand
  • My job entails a broad area of development including new construction, design, working with existing licensees to improve their operations and profitability, developing and responding to RFP requests for airports, universities, vessels, and other non-traditional opportunities, worked directly with company legal counsel to develop and execute master agreements, addendums and criteria for new licensees, sought and set up new ghost kitchen opportunities, evaluating and sometimes terminating licensee agreements when necessary
  • Handled all aspects of construction from design, to working with the architects on test fits through plan submission and ensuring that we received building permits
  • Responsible for requesting GC bids, selection, and project management of the GCs
  • Responsible for all equipment, furniture, smallware and signage orders
  • Responsible for punch list and warranty management for completed projects
  • Provided feedback on tenant work letter requests during lease negotiations and site selection
  • Project list for completed jobs includes new locations throughout Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, North Carolina and Arizona.
  • Led new development with Reef for vessels and a location at RDU airport
  • Sought out and led the development of new business with Sodexo which is opening new licensed locations in Tulane and St Louis Universities, with an additional 6 LOI for up coming RFPs
  • Worked with Aramark, HMS Host, DNC, SSP on their existing airport locations which were significantly impacted by Covid and took some time to ramp back into normal business
