  • Certification - Performance Evaluations (09/02/1986) Since I have entered into the social work profession in 1986, I have received throughout my career "excellent" performance evaluations. I have received these ratings both as a frontline social worker and as a supervisory social worker. As a program manager, I have met both expectations and exceeded expectations. I have received extensive compliments from my immediate supervisors in addition from upper management.
  • Since 1986 I have attended approximately 20 conferences and over a hundred specialized training sessions throughout my 27 year career. Have continued to meet the mandate of 40 CEU'S every two years for continued licensure. Child and Family Services Agency is mandated to have their managers receive 24 hours of in service training every year as an employee. Have had extensive supervisory training during my 20 years as both a Supervisory Social Worker and a Program manager. The agencies in which I served the homeless population provided training in substance abuse and human development. Professional training is a requirement for enhanced skill development.

  • License - Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker (11/16/1993) In 1993 I received the License of Independent Clinical Social Worker.
