I am an experienced, high volume pizza maker. I have spent my entire life in the Italian Restaurant/Pizza Industry. Including owning two stores of my own from 1992-2010. I am a responsible, loyal, very alert person, that understands everything about the pizza industry. I work hard, multitask, and understand the responsibilities of running restaurants. Inclusive of hiring, firing, food ordering, inventory, food costs, and health regulations. I will be an asset to your company if i get the chance. I'm a family man who's married with 3 children.
