- Contributed to job fairs, apprenticeship recruitment events, and promoted building trades as a lifelong employment opportunity.
- Collaborated with managers to provide market feedback and discussed operational changes to meet emerging trends.
- Developed, maintained and utilized diverse client base.
- Monitor current, new and updated construction projects through construction journals and periodical advertisements.
- Worked with apprenticeship trainers and apprentices with their community volunteer involvement. I advised trainers on apprenticeship requirements and needs.
- I am also the referral agent who works with the contractors to place the new and established apprentices in jobs that help advance their current knowledge.
- I am one of three judges for Skills USA Regional High School and Technical School competitions. I also judge the Skills USA Pa State High School and Technical School competition. I work with local vo-tech teachers on the NOCTI Regional exams at our local vo-tech schools.
- I went through a 5 year registered apprenticeship 30 years ago. I've worked as a licensed journeyman, sub-foreman, foreman, general foreman, service van, estimator and maintenance Electrician through my tenure in the field. There I trained many apprentices on the job in multiple environments and types of installations.
