With a background in the U.S. Marine Corps and a Yale Law School education, Bill embarked on a career of practicing U.S. and international tax law, holding prestigious positions as a partner at Covington & Burling in Washington, DC, and at global accounting firm Deloitte in New York City. During the first Trump Administration, Bill retired from Covington to serve at the Homeland Security Department before transitioning to his current pro bono legal practice. Now, Bill is eager to re-enter paid practice and is ready to provide references upon request.
