Coordinated and delivered energy efficiency outreach programs across multiple utility contracts, including Duke Energy’s established program and the smaller Dominion Gas and Santee Cooper Electric programs. Played a pivotal role in growing and shaping these developing programs through customer outreach, energy assessments, equipment installation, and rebate promotion. Built strong contractor and customer relationships while supporting sales outreach, presentations, reporting, and process improvement.

• Perform basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards. Assist with miscellaneous facility projects including painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures, and moving furniture or materials within the facility. Assist residents with basic cable, computer, and telephone issues. Additionally, assist with trade contractors to complete projects or complex repairs.

• For the Florence Contract, I installed the new Smart Meters for Residential, Industrial, and Commercial units for Duke Progress Energy. We are to inspect for any issues with the box itself, install the meter, GeoTag and update the account with the current information.

• At Signarama my position requests graphic design work for most Vinyl/Outdoor signage, as well as the production and installation of these jobs. I work directly with FLEXI Design, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. We do Coroplast, Window Perf, Vinyl Banners, Window/Vehicle Lettering as well as Exterior Architectural Signage.

• August 2016 to April 2018 Keeping up with daily maintenance of internal systems. Remote-in on tablets and desktops to fix any issues they are having. Repair and maintain computers, laptops, tablets, and phones throughout the company. Help run and setup security systems throughout the satellite offices. Help repair and maintain any issues with our DRN Camera car systems.

As a Dish Technician, I was responsible for a variety of assignments across the Pee Dee area. My duties included creating, maintaining, and repairing Dish services for customers, as well as enhancing their at-home experience through DISH-related products. This ranged from presenting product options to handling installations, including TV wall mounts.
