I have cultivated strong relationships within the industry through 20-group participation, manufacturer partnerships, and involvement with industry associations. I have also contributed to my community by serving on numerous civic and nonprofit boards and committees. An active private pilot and aircraft owner, I leverage my flying experience to facilitate both business and leisure travel. My wife Britt and I reside in the Charleston, SC area in the winter and northern Wisconsin in the summer.

Successfully lead the integration of our family boat dealership after acquisition by a wonderful Wisconsin family marine business. Implemented a new dealership management system (DMS) as well as payroll, accounting, and HR systems. Managed several CapEx improvements within the dealership including the construction of an additional drystack warehouse, new landscaping, equipment upgrades, and stormwater management plans. Recruited and trained my successor as well as several additional key employees.
