  • As a service tech I would get my calls for the day, plan a route, gather parts if available. Checked in on 3rd party app upon arrival and completion of work. We repaired coffee/tea brewers, espresso machines and hot side commercial kitchen equipment. If parts were needed filled out part requisition forms, invoices and time sheets. Turn all paperwork in at the end of the day and discuss the next days calls. Maintained clean orderly service truck. Dealt with customers not having a good day, and did all I could to make it better for them.

  • As building manager my duties included Supervising the housekeeping of the building, scheduling all inspections for Day Surgery and rest of the building. security access control, resolve tenet issues as quickly as possible as per the details of each tenets lease agreement. Scheduled all vendors for the building and planned access and supervision. On call 24/7. scheduled landscaping needs, window cleaning needs, anything the building needed, I would call PM, he would talk to the doctors for approval, and then I would make sure it got done. Interior responsibilities included painting, plumbing, electrical, suspended ceilings and emergency lights. Documented all actions in the building, and sent copies to the appropriate people to ensure adherence to accreditation requirements.
