As a Residential Services Manager for Ebensburg Center my job was to basically run Second shift. I was alone most of my shift without other managers or any administration presence. It was always important that I maintained flexibility with my schedule. There were set times for my shift
but more often than not I had to change it for the needs of the facility. I demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills on a daily basis; by positively engaging with my residents
staff
unions
peers and administration. Was responsible for handling confidential and personal information. Always maintained high quality standards for employees by daily example. Demonstrating skill in evaluating diverse data sources
identifying logical gaps
and forming well-reasoned conclusions. By managing my own schedule and tasks efficiently
I freed up my time to support team members
mentor new staff and keeping group projects moving forward.
