• Coordination of Technical and Administrative Support.

Assign and coordinate daily case and project work. Monitor CASE status and send out daily pass-downs to the management team. Also, drive and escalate CASE meetings to collaborate with T support and engineering.

• Host weekly meetings with customers, addressing ongoing service projects, and daily tool status.
• Successfully assist the manager in controlling the field and customer conditions, and also help KLA build a good relationship with the customer.
• Schedule and make the plan with the customer for the whole year's PM schedule.
• Coordinate and help other regions, either remote or on-site, in multiple states (NY, MA, DE, VA, TX). For RS, SFX, and LD10 Tools support.
• Host conference calls for escalation cases. Also, ensure that all conference calls have the necessary expertise present to rectify the problem.
• Provide on-site support when there is a resource shortage to meet customer satisfaction.

• Successful and great support for GF8 from 2015 to 2017.
• Maintain 22 LD10, 10K, and F1 tools in GF8.
• Maintain 6 LD10, Aleris, SFX, and RS in ALB IBM.
• Support multiple sites, RS100, 200 troubleshooting, and escalate cases (Fishkill, NY, AMAT MA, and Dupont, DE).
• Successful driving of the KTTS server project to completion.
• Completed the LD10 SW upgrade project 2 times.
• Successful driving of the 'LD10 Auto Calibration' project is complete.
• Maintained a positive working relationship with fellow staff and management.
