Assign and coordinate daily case and project work. Monitor CASE status and send out daily pass-downs to the management team. Also, drive and escalate CASE meetings to collaborate with T support and engineering.

  • Successfully assist the manager in controlling the field and customer conditions, and also help KLA build a good relationship with the customer.
  • Schedule and make the plan with the customer for the whole year's PM schedule.

  • Host conference calls for escalation cases. Also, ensure that all conference calls have the necessary expertise present to rectify the problem.
