  • Command Sergeant Major for 542 Soldiers and 72 Civilians for a Basic Combat Training Support Unit. I supervised five companies to include range, medical, and educational support to over 50,000 trainees a year. I was on call 24/7 to respond to suicides, deaths, family emergencies, Soldier injuries, are whatever may arise. I had to conduct Battlefield circulation to ensure unit morale for all Soldiers and Civilians daily.

  • Chief Human Resource Sergeant Major for Korea, supporting over 37,000 U. S. Forces, Korean Soldiers, and Civilians dispersed across the Korean peninsula. Advisor to a 3-star General on all enlisted personnel and readiness. Liaison between all entities to fill gaps in essential HR services and support. Coordinated evacuation plans and entry plans in case of escalation between North and South Korea. Managed and directly supervised 77 personnel.

  • Chief Human Resource Sergeant Major (Germany) for a forward-deployed theater signal command geographically dispersed throughout five European countries and the Middle East, consisting of 1900 Soldiers, Civilians, and Local Nationals. Managed 9 Soldiers and 10 Civilians. As the Enlisted advisor, I provided consultation to subordinate CMD teams, between higher CMDs concerning proposed initiatives and procedures.
