- I open every morning preparing and organizing to accommodate the
daily reservations. I was placed in charge of a small staff to which
we had to meet high demands. I motivated the staff, organized the work load with a structure approach to meet high demands of each day. I was in charge of ordering all supplies keeping us well stocked.
Each day had huge challenges and obstacles, I used critical thinking
to solve and find quick solutions, never stopping the productivity of the operation. My early days in the company I worked in small branch in
Spark. My daily duties were to pick up customers deliver cars from different locations. I also had clean each cars. I learned to multi task
juggling each duty that was required of me in, which I accomphished
