-Prepared high-quality espresso and specialty beverages for the students and staff of Yale University, as well as the surrounding Science Park community.

-Acted as a key holder, alternating between opening and closing the shop 5 days out of the week.

-Operated espresso machines, bean grinders, FETCO brewers, POS systems, cash registers, and phone calls.

-Stocked and FIFO-ed backups and milks in order to ensure adequate supplies during peak hours of operation.

-Cooked and handled food quickly in order to ensure that the food was ready at the same time as its corresponding drink so that the customer would receive both at the same time.

-Maintained standard drive-through times, customer connection scores, and upselling goals in order for my store to be #1 in the district. We achieved this goal and held that spot all throughout my career there.

- Memorized the extensive menu and every corresponding recipe in order to meet company standard and consistency.

-Worked closing and opening shifts, mostly closed due to being a minor in highschool for the majority of my time there, practiced clean-plays once a week and sanitized the entire store every night the 4-5 nights a week that I worked there.

-Handled customer conflicts using the company’s required responses. Went through extensive training on de-escalation tactics.
