I started as a content creator and manager for a digital agency before branching off into solo freelance work, building a consistent side hustle that has taught me more than any job I’ve had. Managed accounts for artists, brands, and small businesses—handling everything from strategy, content creation, and growth, to marketing, networking, and direct sales. Through this, I’ve sharpened my communication skills, learned how to move money online, and built strong business relationships. While not my long-term career path, this role has played a major part in shaping my mindset, hustle, and overall growth.

Dependable and adaptable team member, known for stepping up in high-pressure situations, and being someone coworkers and leadership can always rely on. I worked at three different store locations during my time with the company. Just a few months into the job, I was moved to a location that was understaffed and without a manager, where I held it down for nearly two months, helping keep the store running smoothly despite the shortage. I served in an unofficial assistant manager role, trusted by my manager to help train new hires, close the store solo almost every day, and manage daily operations. Regularly handle stressful situations with little support, staying self-sufficient, and focused on delivering results.

Built a strong foundation in customer service and time management while working in a fast-paced retail environment. This role strengthened my communication and social skills through daily guest interactions, and teamwork. Gained valuable experience balancing efficiency with accuracy, while ensuring online orders were fulfilled and delivered on time. A key step in developing my professionalism and confidence in the workplace.

Brief, but valuable experience working in a high-demand manufacturing environment. This role taught me discipline, the importance of efficiency, and gave me firsthand insight into the intensity of large-scale production work. More importantly, it helped me recognize my value and potential beyond labor-intensive roles—motivating me to pursue a career where I can grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact.
